Appointment FAQ

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, a list of all medications you're currently taking, and any relevant medical records from previous providers. You can also save time by completing our New Patient Forms in advance.

How do telehealth visits work?

Telehealth visits are conducted via a secure video platform. Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive instructions by email on how to join your virtual visit. You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection.

What's your cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a fee: $25 for regular office visits, $50 for physical/wellness visits, and $15 for nurse visits.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most PPO insurance plans. We do not accept HMO policies. Please contact our office at 830-627-2700 to verify if we accept your specific insurance plan.

How long will my appointment take?

New patient visits typically take 30-60 minutes. Follow-up appointments usually last 15-30 minutes, depending on the complexity of your health concerns. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
